How do I choose the correct size of clothing and shoes?
As each of our products are unique in design, as a results they have different size charts.
Please always refer to the size chart listed on each product page for your sizes. Each chart will show sizes in inches.
Please ensure to measure your child correctly prior to ordering.
Please order one size bigger for comfort wear especially for Pyjamas, Jackets, Coats and Hoodies. If your measurements are in between sizes, please choose the bigger size.

Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. The shipping rate to countries outside the USA starts from $9.95.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
*Due to the current pandemic situation, your item may take a little longer to arrive than usual. As all shipping will be slightly delayed and will take a much longer time to reach its destination.
Please expect up to 2 - 8 weeks of shipping time.

How do I modify or cancel my order?
Any modification or cancellation of the order needs to be made within 24 hours, from the time of order, by contacting us at email@example.com.
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel your order, if you request modification or cancellation past 24 hours. Please note, any change of order will delay the order processing, and shipping time.
Why can’t I modify or cancel my order?
At Chubibi, we aim to provide the best customer service to you, our valued customer. Hence, your orders are processed and packed in our warehouse once we received your orders.
Once the order reached the warehouse, we wouldn’t be able to change, modify, or cancel the order.
Please contact us ASAP within 24 hours of order of any changes via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What should I do if I provided the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com with your order number and your correct shipping address within 24 hours of order placement. If 24 hours have passed since the order was made, we are unable to change the shipping address.
If you have provided an incorrect delivery address, we won't be able to issue you any refund.
And once an order has been shipped, it is not possible to change delivery address anymore.
How can I track my order?
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you along with instructions on how to track your package. Please note the tracking events will be displayed 2-5 days after you receive the tracking number on the email.
Why is my tracking information not showing?
Your tracking number will become active once the courier/shipping company has updated the tracking status which may take between 2-5 business days.
Why is my shipment status unchanged?
Do not need to worry, the tracking information is regularly updated by the shipping company. Each event will be recorded, for your convenience to track your package. Again due to the current pandemic, shipping may be delayed up to 8 weeks. Thank you for your understanding.
Why do I have to pay extra when I receive my package?
Each country has different customs and import duty tax. Please check with your country’s customs requirements before ordering.
Why is the tracking information showing “Return to Sender”?
There are 2 common reasons that make your packet be returned: Your shipping address is incorrect/insufficient or you are absent at the time the packet was attempted to deliver. If you have provided incorrect shopping addresses, we are unfortunately unable to replace the item.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, please contact your nearest post office as soon as possible and provide them with your ID card and tracking number. In normal circumstances, the post office will only retain your package for up to 7 days depending on each country’s post office policy.
If you have provided the correct shipping address, we will send you a replacement item or you can request a refund.

Why did my order arrive separately?
Our products are stored in multiple warehouses, each store different products, so orders are packed and shipped separately by the different warehouses. Hence, your order may arrive in multiple packages. However, don't worry, you will get all your items.
